How shipping and returns work for ADAPTA LAB products.
Shipping
We currently deliver to Portugal and Spain. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the order and delivery address and are shown at checkout before confirmation and payment.
For Portugal, ADAPTA LAB's logistical reference is CTT Express. For Spain, services appropriate to the destination may be used, including CTT Express or Correos Express. The carrier may vary according to the characteristics and destination of the order.
Production time for personalised products
Personalised products are prepared after the order is confirmed. Normal production time is 48 to 72 business hours before dispatch. Transit time is additional.
Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to applicable law. For sales of goods, the period normally runs from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Applicable law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including for certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product and order and does not affect consumer rights in the event of lack of conformity.
To validly exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us through the Contact page or at contacto@adaptalab.pt. Where applicable, the product must be returned to: Rua Herculano de Carvalho, no. 40, Ground Floor Left, Amadora, Portugal. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, the direct cost of return is borne by the customer.
Defective or non-conforming product
Consumers benefit from rights concerning conformity of goods under applicable Portuguese law, including Decree-Law no. 84/2021. For new movable goods, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery of the goods, without prejudice to the other rules and rights provided by applicable law. In the event of a defect or lack of conformity, contact us with the order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. Return costs legally attributable to ADAPTA LAB will be borne by ADAPTA LAB.
