Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains, in general terms, the use of cookies and similar technologies in the ADAPTA LAB store.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or read from a user's device when visiting a website. They may be necessary for the service to operate or, depending on store configuration, serve other purposes subject to applicable privacy rules.

2. Necessary Shopify cookies

The store runs on Shopify. Shopify uses cookies and technologies necessary for features such as sessions, security, cart, checkout, localisation and, when used, Shop Pay and customer accounts. The list and duration of these cookies may change over time; current technical information is available in Shopify's Cookie Policy.

3. Non-essential cookies and technologies

Integrations and applications active in a Shopify store may, depending on their configuration, use cookies, pixels or similar technologies for measurement, functionality or marketing. The actual presence and use of those technologies should correspond to the integrations that are active and to the store's configured privacy choices.

Where a non-essential technology is subject to prior consent under applicable law, it should not be used before the user has made a valid choice. Preferences provided by the store should be respected by the integrations concerned.

4. Shopify checkout and account

Checkout and certain account features are provided by Shopify infrastructure. In those contexts, Shopify's own cookies and technologies necessary for security and operation of the service may be used.

5. How to manage cookies

You can manage cookies through the privacy options provided by the store, where applicable, and through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent essential features such as the cart, checkout or authentication from working.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated when integrations, privacy settings or the store's actual use of technologies change.
